Dry

A premium version of a North American style dry lager. All malt. No Adjuncts. Very light straw color and light bodied. Low hop bitterness. No hop flavor or aroma. Crisp finish with lower caloric value

Blonde Lager

A light colored, crisp beer with genuine lager yeast. This is a true all malt lager brewed with no adjuncts. The yeast provided will ferment well at 9 – 15C but will provide good lager characteristics up to 24 C

Continental Pilsner

A deep golden colored hoppy, fruity English style pale ale. Presents pleasant flavours and aromas of fresh finishing hops, which balance well with bready malt profile and moderate body.

Cream Ale

Red Ale

West Coast IPA  

A strong North American India pale ale with pronounced malt character and an abundance of hop flavors and aromas. This wort has a flavor profile which is second to none. Deep gold color.

Double Oatmeal Stout

An opaque, full bodied ebony ale. Moderate to high hop bitterness combines well with a pleasant roast malt character, subtle malt sweetness and slight hop flavor. The addition of 2 types oats leads to a creamy, robust full mouth feel and full texture
