Our wine kits are made to the highest quality and we strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your wine for ANY reason, we will replace it or refund your money.
If your wine is not satisfactory, we will make you another batch of similar value, or we will refund your money. Please do the following:

Let the wine age at least one month in the bottles before making any judgement on its quality.

Contact the store and let us know what the problem is with the wine. This should be done within 6 months of bottling.
We will ask you to return all of the wine to our store and we will discard it and re sanitize your bottles for you.
We will not replace wine that has been discarded before you contact us.
